| A: | In the detailed product page the item will be designated as “Out of Stock.” If for some reason an item becomes “Out of Stock” before the website is updated, you will be sent an email to notify you of the situation. |

| A: | If a product is a special order, it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item plus another several days for shipping, based on your shipping method. |

| A: | If a product is a drop shipped, it will be sent directly from the manufacturer and could take 1-2 weeks to receive. If your order has one drop shipped item and the others are not, you may receive two separate packages. |

Most purchases are shipped from our store in Illinois, to arrive within 2 – 5 business days from receipt of your order for in stock items.
Rush Shipping
For an additional charge (see chart below) we can expedite delivery to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier (drop shipments), and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. We will notify you if these charges apply to confim your order. |
